Fastboxusa.com and fastboxusa.com.br are two identical websites that belong to Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. The Prices, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are published in both.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time. Continued use of the services implies consent to the changed terms, even if the Customer has not become aware of them. The latest version of the terms of use will always be available on this page.

Adherence to the terms of use

Please read this agreement before using our services. By using any of the Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. services, you agree to all terms of use contained in this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms given, you may not use the services offered by Fastboxusa.com and Fastboxusa.com. By accepting the terms of use, you will be confirming that you will inform your complete and true data, that you are of legal age to sign such agreements, have no legal limitations, will be responsible for the orders placed and will be aware of the list of prohibited products for shipping as well Customs and tax rules of the countries concerned.

Description of services:

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., through fastboxusa.com and fastboxusa.com.br, offers the following services:

Receipt of products purchased by the customer, which includes: Conference, Repackage and Storage of products and or parcels delivered in our warehouse.

Delivery / Pick UP requested by the customer: Withdrawal or Delivery of products in Suppliers or Warehouses in several places of the United States.

Shopping in the US market, helping the customer to get a better and more competitive price or still make the purchase through our company if the client is prevented from buying in stores or companies of the United States that do not accept the payment with international credit cards.

Shipping and / or Redirection of orders or products purchased in the United States of America to any country to which the customer requests to make the shipment.

In the case of parcels sent by mail, the Country must have a service partnership relationship with US Postal Service (USPS).

IN / OUT when requested by the customer, the Outputs (withdrawals) of products or orders from our warehouse destined to other locations.

Note: The IN / OUT cost does not apply to customers who keep the cargo in our warehouse until it is sent to the final destination through our company or one of our service providers.

Other services requested by the customer, such as special packages, urgent transport, etc.,  which depend on confirmation of costs and mutual agreement between both, customer and us, to be carried out.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. reserves the right to update, change, improve and transform its services.

General Terms of Use

The Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. is not responsible for the actions of third parties (delays, losses, returns and etc.), such as postal and freight services (for example, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). All
The terms and conditions of use of the services of third parties are subject to separate agreements.

The Customer is solely responsible for the proper customs and tax charges, as well as other payments and fees related to postal services and the transportation of goods between international borders.

The responsibility of Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. may not exceed the scope of services that are offered by Fast Box USA. Cargo Inc. for a specific purpose.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., is not responsible for any returns, detention or any other procedure by Customs or Postal Services. In these cases, the amount paid for the shipment can not be reversed.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., does not work with mail orders that do not have the proper tracking numbers.

Fast Box USA Inc. has no service of processing and sending gift cards, payment cards, discount cards, coupons, and vouchers – present purchased by customers from third parties – whether individuals or corporations.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. does not send parcels if Customer does not send written notice (e-mail) requesting the same.

Fast Box USA Cargo Inc. is not responsible for identifying parcel owners with incorrect or incomplete data regarding the shipping address and the recipient. If the customer who owns the order does not contact Fast Box USA Cargo Inc., and does not prove their rights to the order within 100 (One Hundred) days after the arrival of the merchandise in our warehouse, Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., reserves the right to Use or Dispose of the contents of the order in an arbitrary manner and without prior consultation.
 
The Customer assumes full responsibility for the content of his / her order (s). He states that he /she   has read and accepted the “List of Prohibited Products to Buy and Store”. If products of this nature are delivered to our warehouse, Fast Box USA has the right reserved to: return, reject receipt and notify competent Authority depending on the risk of the contents of the goods delivered.

The Customer entitles Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., to open, verify orders and process the packaging of content.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., is responsible for preparing the shipping order within 7 (seven) business days after receiving a formal request from Customer for that purpose, if there are no additional requests related to special packages or shipping arrangements.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., has no involvement whatsoever in reimbursing postal fees for unsatisfactory services provided by freight and postal service companies. However, we can provide to the Customer with all the necessary documentation to contact the respective company.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., does not offer any compensation for any pecuniary damage or loss in connection with any future commercial operations of the Customer. The Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. project is designed to provide services and guidance to customers who request orders for their company, themselves, relatives, or friends.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods purchased through the assisted purchasing service called “Fast Box USA Personal Shopper”.

All deadlines and delivery dates promised by the stores or companies supplying the products to our customer are the responsibility of them. The receipt of the products in our warehouse is only considered on the effective date that the product arrives.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. reserves the right to request additional documents to verify Customer’s identity as well as the legality of purchases made and use of credit card. This sample of customers, randomly selected, contributes to the prevention of credit card fraud.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the offer of any service without providing due cause. In this case, the balance amount is reversed to the card with which the credits were added. The orders received are returned to the stores after the presentation of the respective vouchers and the payment of the return labels.

Services and Fees

All services and values ​​described in the “Services and Fees” section correspond to the most up-to-date version of our services and pricing. Additional services related to order processing (if applicable) will be recorded on the invoice issued by Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., operates under the laws of the United States of America, as well as the states of Alaska, Oregon, and Delaware.

Adhesion Fee

There is no obligation to pay an adhesion fee for the customer to use our services. By agreeing to the “terms of use” and filling the obligatory registration with the requested data, the customer can automatically start to enjoy all the benefits that our site promotes. However, to add more benefits such as discounts and promotions on the prices of services offered, the customer can register as a “Membership” customer.

Membership to Fast Box USA

If the customer wants to enjoy benefits as a “Membership” customer, he must, to obtain such benefits, pay a minimum monthly fee of US$ 10.00 (ten dollars) that will differentiate him as such. This monthly fee may be charged to a credit card, bank account in the United States or other payment method to be consulted with our representatives.

Receipt – Conference

Conference costs are included in the costs of repackaging, up to the limits stipulated for this type of service. If this limit is exceeded, we will advise the customer to carry out a specific quotation based on the time that will be used to execute the requested service.

Fast Box USA Cargo, Inc., uses a variety of cartons and fillers to ensure safe shipping for the products. The cost depends above all on the size of the commodity and its form.

For example: (an irregular shape means more time to pack).

At the same time, if requested, we can use materials such as tamper resistant tape or a packaging that protects your parcels against water, etc.

Receiving – Repackaging

NOT-MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Will pay a minimum fee of $ 10.00 (ten dollars) for use of the materials needed for repackaging and also for an employee for a time of ½ (half hour) to check, separate and accommodate items up to the limit  of 10 kilos or 22 pounds.

MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Will not pay the minimum fee up to the limit of 20 kilos or 44 pounds for the use of material necessary for repackaging or for the use of the one employee for the time that not to exceed (1 hour) to check, separate and accommodate items.

Note: Only “extra” box cost that is used in the repackaging will be charged, this should vary between
$ 1.00 and $ 3.00. (According to box size)

Above and beyond these limits, both the Membership and Not-Membership Customers must request a new evaluation from our representatives, which will be studied, on a case-by-case basis, according to the customers’ needs and the time and material used in the service.

Receiving – Storage

NOT-MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Free for 7 (seven) days, up to the maximum limit of 10 kg or 22 Pounds.
After this period the customer will pay US $ 0.10 (Ten US cents) per day, per kilo or volume occupied. (Whichever is greater).
         
               Example: If the weight exceeds 10 kg (free) and the surplus is equal to 50 kg the
               Calculation will be: 60 kg (-10) = 50 * $ 0.10 = $ 5.00 (daily, from the date of delivery)

MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Free for 30 (thirty) days, up to the maximum limit of 100 kg or 220 Pounds.
After this term the customer will pay US $ 0.05 (US cents) per day, per kilo or volume occupied             (Whichever is greater).
         
              Example: If the weight exceeds 100 kg (free) and the surplus is equal to 50 kg the
              calculation will be: 150 kg (-100) = 50 * $ 0.05 = $ 2.50 (daily, from the date of delivery)

Customers, according to the cargo movement in our warehouse, both the Associate and Non-Associate Customers may request a new evaluation from our representatives, which will be studied on a case-by-case basis according to the customers’ needs and the time and material Employed in the service.

Delivery / Pick UP The cost to Pick Up or Delivery products in other locations that are requested by the customer, whose cargo enters or leaves our warehouse, will be for:

NOT-MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Every pick up or delivery service in the Miami Area will cost the customer, upon request, a total of US $ 35.00 (thirty-five dollars) not exceeding the weight / volume limit of up to 150 Kilos or corresponding in Pounds.

MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Every pick up or delivery service in the Miami area will cost the customer, upon request, a total of US $ 25.00 (twenty five dollars) not exceeding the weight / volume limit of up

to 300 Kilos or corresponding in Pounds.

Above these limits, our representatives should be asked to quote prices according to the needs and urgencies of each Customer.

Purchases

NOT-MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Cost of service administration will be 10% on the price of the product with a minimum cost of US $ 25.00, whichever is greater.

                         Example-1: If the product costs US$ 100.00 the rate calculation would be:
                         Product Price = US$ 100.00 X 0.10 (or 10%) = $ 10.00 (as the amount calculated is less than $ 25.00)
                        The customer pays: US$ 25.00

                       Example-2: If the product costs US$ 350.00 the rate calculation would be:
                      Product Price = US$ 350.00 X 0.10 (or 10%) = $ 35.00 (as the amount calculated is greater than $ 25.00)
                       The customer pays: US$ 35.00

MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Cost of service administration will be 8% on the price of the product, but for the Membership Customer “minimum cost” does not apply.

                          Example-1: If the product costs US$ 100.00 the rate calculation would be:
                         Product Price = US$ 100.00 X 0.08 (or 8%) = $ 8.00 (the amount calculated is less than $ 25.00).
                         In this case the customer pays the same: US$ 8.00

                        Example-2: If the product costs US$ 350.00 the rate calculation would be:
                        Product Price = US$ 350.00 X 0.08 (or 8%) = $ 28.00 (as the amount calculated is greater than $ 25.00)
The customer pays:  
US$ 28.00

CARRIAGE OF LOADS OR REDIRECTION
All prices related to these types of services, after being requested by the customer, must be quoted individually before the products leave our warehouse. They may vary depending on weight, volume, and type of transport.

IN / OUT (Outputs from Warehouse Products)
The departures (withdrawals) of goods from our warehouse, requested by the customer will be subject to the IN / OUT rate, which will be as follows:
                                                                                                                          
NOT-MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Each IN / OUT will be charged at US$ 10.00 (ten dollars),for the first kilo (or equivalent in pounds) and US$ 0.95 (nine five cents of dollar) for each additional kilo (or equivalent in pounds).

For example: The customer has in our warehouse a total of 20 kilos, he must then pay the total of:

{(1 kg x $ 10.00)= $ 10.00} + {(19 kg X $ 0.95)= $ 18.05} then the total to be paid is equal to US$ 28.05.

MEMBERSHIP CUSTOMER: Each IN / OUT will be charged US$ 5.00 for the first kilo (or equivalent in pounds) and $ 0.45 for each additional kilo (or equivalent in pounds).

For example: The customer has in our warehouse the total of 20 kilos, he must then pay the total of:
{(1 kg x $ 5.00)= $ 5.00} + {(19 kg X $ 0.45)= $ 8.55} then the total to be paid is equal to US$ 13.55.
